1. About the Service
Magic Door ("the Service") is provided by 10botics to help schools in Hong Kong access geo-restricted AI tools without the use of a VPN. The Service is delivered via a Chrome extension and proxy server, and is available exclusively to schools and their members holding a valid subscription.
2. Eligibility
The Service is available only to users with a valid school subscription. Users must sign in with a school-approved Google account (school email address) and must have been added to the member list by a subscription administrator. 10botics reserves the right to refuse or terminate access for any user at its discretion.
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must not: (1) share their account or active connection with others; (2) use the Service for commercial purposes; (3) attempt to circumvent the Service's security measures or usage limits; (4) use the Service for any unlawful activity or in a way that infringes on the rights of others; (5) reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service. Violations may result in immediate termination of access.
4. Privacy Policy
The Service collects only the minimum data required to operate, including the user's school email address and IP address at the time of connection. This data is used solely for identity verification and session management, and is never sold or shared with third parties. Connection sessions and traffic are end-to-end encrypted. 10botics does not log or review user activity within AI tools.
5. Service Availability and Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". 10botics does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or changes made by third-party AI platforms. 10botics accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
6. Subscription and Fees
Subscription fees, billing cycles, and refund policies are governed by the subscription agreement signed between 10botics and the school. 10botics reserves the right to adjust pricing and will notify subscription administrators in advance of any changes.
7. Changes to These Terms
10botics reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Subscription administrators will be notified by email when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
